The session needs to take place in a quiet, warm, dimly lit room. You need to be sitting in a comfortable chair. I use an IKEA chair in my consulting room but any reasonable armchair will do. You need to be sitting facing a wall and have a point around ceiling level to focus on. Make sure you have used the toilet, aren’t hungry or thirsty and have your phone switched off. Any sounds from other rooms will not affect the trance induction. The session takes about 45 minutes so make other people in your home aware of this. You will gradually drift off into trance and will be awoken at the end.
